Jeremy plays a key role as Ardour Recruitment continues to grow – keeping our books balanced and our financial pencils sharpened.

He was also the Finance Director of a UK clothing retailer for a number of years, implementing a system of financial control and management reporting.
Now Jeremy uses his experience to provide accounting services and financial management to local SME’s, including Bluebird (homecare) and Windhager UK (energy) as well as Ardour.
Bringing vast expertise to our associate team, Les uses decades of experience to coach senior executives and business owners on leadership and strategic thinking.
He himself was trained by one of the best – Sir John Whitmore – who was one of the pioneers of business coaching.
Prior to his coaching career, Les spent 25 years as a Senior Sales Manager at Cadbury Ltd, and gained experience in National accounts as a Regional Director and Head of Training Recruitment and Development.
A specialist in behavioural change, Mark coaches business leaders to develop their sales and marketing expertise and leadership capability.
